Mary Jane (née, Hunter) Knuckles, 58, of Tilden, IL; born on July 10, 1966, in East St. Louis, IL, the daughter of James and Rosemary (née, Dayton) Hunter; passed away on Monday, March 10, 2025, at her home.
Mary loved solving crossword puzzles and enjoyed spending time watching TV and reading books. She was a collector of many porcelain knick-knacks and loved her dear dogs and cats.
She is survived by her loving husband – Larry Knuckles of Tilden, IL to whom she married in 1992 (celebrating a beautiful 32 years together); one son – Larry (spouse, Angela) Knuckles, Jr.; one stepson – Matthew Lee (spouse, Marsha) of AR; one granddaughter – Julian Knuckles; and four brothers – William Hunter of Sparta, IL, Mark (spouse, Carol) Hunter of TN, Larry Hunter of WI, and James Hunter of Belleville, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
