Villa Frazer, 88, of Sparta, IL; born on September 25, 1935 in Chester, IL the daughter of Noah and Della (Rice) Frazer; passed away on Monday, June 3, 2024 at the Randolph County Care Center in Sparta, IL.
Villa worked at Spartan Light Metal for many years and volunteered her time at Cedarhurst Assisted Living. She enjoyed singing for the residents and helping at events/activities. Villa was a member of the First Baptist Church in Sparta and liked to sing with her church family. She loved animals and always had a pet dog or cat in her life.
She is survived by a niece, Roseanna Siesennop of St. Louis, MO; great niece, Lisa Siesennop of Reno, NV; dear friend and relative, Richard Meldrum of Chesterfield, MO.
Villa was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, and three sisters.
